The trade show transportation can be had in the form of shuttles that will be running daily from 5th of August to 8th of August 2015, to the hotels within our housing block. These will be running every 20 to 30 minutes. You can also avail the tradeshow transportation on 4th of August as well, which will run to and from the Salt Place to the Cemetery Point. As there will be limited parking on the demo day, to avoid the inconvenience, we request you to opt for the shuttle services on this day.
You will be required to either Register yourself or get your booth place submitted to avail the housing options for the Summer Market. We will be sharing the housing options with you via emails so you are advised to participate in our communications for the updates and check your emails regularly. Outdoor Retailer will be finding and adding more hotels and rooms to our official block which is solely managed by our housing partner Travel Planners. While booking your hotel, we advise you to take help of our “authorized” hotel agent, Travel Planners, which help you avail the definite discount rates.
