Studio Transportation Service for Specialty Equipment Market Association Show

The SEMA Show will be taking place from 3rd of November to 6th of November 2015 at the Las Vegas Convention Center situated at 3150, Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The SEMA Show is the best automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It pulls the business’s brightest minds and up-to-the-minute products to just one place, the Las Vegas Convention Center. Apart from this, the SEMA Show offers attendees with the great educational seminars, product displays, special events, networking prospects and much more. The 2014 SEMA SHOW was able to draw more than 60,000 domestic and international consumers. The registrations for the event are open. You can go ahead with the registrations. If you have already registered for the event, you can go through the status of your registration by accessing your dashboard. You can also place orders for the tickets for education gatherings and special events without the registration details. If you only prefer to go for the tickets for the event, you will not have a Show badge.

The badges for the sanctioned on-line registration will be mailed from the month of August, 2015. After 16th of October, 2015, you will have the permission to register online and, if accepted, you will be sent a confirmation through an email, but you will not have your badge mailed. The International attendee badge mailing service will terminate on 18th of September, 2015. After this, you will be required to bring your approval to Express Registration at the SEMA Show to get your badges printed onsite. The badges for the International Exhibitors, Non-exhibiting manufacturers, Media and Exhibiting Media will not be dispatched. You will be required to pick them up onsite. You will be asked to show an official government-issued photo id to get your badge printed. It is a necessity that the name on your id must match your name that you used for making registrations.

Decent studio transportation services have been arranged during the event. Complimentary shuttles will be provided every morning and afternoon between the Las Vegas Convention Center and the official hotel partners. You will be able to avail the shuttle service from 07:00 A.M to 10:30 A.M from hotels to SEMA show and 03:30 P.M to 06:30 P.M from Tuesday to Thursday and 02:00 P.M to 05:00 P.M on Friday from SEMA show to the hotels.

You can also avail the taxi and limousine services to arrange the pickups and drops to and from the SEMA shows. There is a limited parking made available for $10.00 on the daily basis during the show days with or without privileges. Parking space is accessible in the Green Lot from Monday to Friday, and in the Gold Lot from Monday to Thursday. There are no parking arrangements in the Gold Lot on Friday, 6th of November. You can avail any of the movie set transportation or movie vehicle transportation means to attend the show.
